How do customers access proposals? They receive a direct link via email, SMS, social media, or embedded on your website. No app download is required — everything works in the mobile browser.

Can I customize the branding? Yes. Upload your logo, header image, and add your social links in Settings > Profile. Pro users can also use their own custom domain.

How is voting power calculated? It depends on your voting strategy. You can use equal voting (one person, one vote), or weight votes by group membership, tenure, engagement score, or role-based tiers.

Can voters change their vote? No. Once a vote is submitted and recorded on the blockchain, it is immutable. This ensures the integrity of every result.

How do I announce results? Results are visible in real-time on the proposal page. You can also set up automatic voter notifications — custom SMS and email messages sent to every voter when the proposal closes. Write your message on the proposal form (even while voting is in progress) and Vora delivers it the moment results are finalized. See Voter Notifications for details.

Is there a mobile app? The platform is fully responsive and works on all mobile browsers. No app download needed.

Can I run private votes? Yes. Set the results visibility to "Private" when creating a proposal. Only admins can see results until you choose to publish them.

How many proposals can I run? The Starter plan includes 5 proposals per month. The Pro plan includes 500 proposals per month.

Can I send notifications to voters after a proposal closes? Yes! You can compose custom SMS (160 chars) and email messages on the proposal form. When the proposal closes, Vora automatically sends your message to every voter. SMS goes to all voters (phone captured during verification); email goes to registered Vora users. You can add or edit these messages at any time, even after votes are cast.

Will voters see my phone number or email? No. SMS is sent from "vora" (the platform sender ID) and emails come from [email protected]. Voter phone numbers are also never visible to your organization — Vora handles delivery as a secure intermediary.

Is Vora GDPR compliant? Yes. Vora includes built-in consent management, data export capabilities, data deletion tools, and a full Data Processing Agreement. See Settings > Privacy for all GDPR controls.
