Each challenge progresses through these phases:

Phase	What Happens
Draft	You're configuring the challenge — not visible to the public yet
Submission Open	Customers can submit their ideas
Submission Closed	No more submissions accepted
Review In Progress	You're reviewing and approving submissions
Voting Open	The community votes on approved ideas
Voting Closed	Voting has ended
Completed	Winners are announced
