How Customers Vote

The voting experience for your customers is straightforward:

1. Customer receives a link to the proposal (via email, social media, or your website)

2. They review the options and description

3. They click Cast Vote

4. They enter their phone number for verification

5. They receive a one-time code via SMS

6. They enter the code to confirm their identity

7. Their vote is recorded and confirmed

8. They can optionally view the blockchain verification of their vote
