Customer not receiving the SMS verification code

  • Make sure the phone number includes the country code (e.g., +1 for US)

  • Check that the phone number is not blocked for SMS

  • Wait 60 seconds before requesting a new code

Vote not being recorded

  • Check that the proposal is still active (not closed or cancelled)

  • If using Whitelist mode, verify the customer's phone number is on the list

  • Try refreshing the page and voting again

Dashboard not loading

  • Clear your browser cache

  • Try opening the page in incognito/private mode

  • Check your internet connection

CSV import failing

  • Make sure the file is saved as UTF-8 CSV

  • Check that column headers match the expected format: phone, name, group

  • Ensure all phone numbers include the country code

Webhook not firing

  • Verify the endpoint URL is correct and publicly accessible

  • Check that the webhook is toggled on

  • Review the delivery history in Settings > Advanced for error details

Custom domain showing "connection not secure"

  • Verify your DNS records are correctly configured (CNAME and TXT)

  • Click "Verify DNS Configuration" in Settings > Advanced

  • After verification, SSL is provisioned automatically within 15 to 45 minutes

  • If the error persists after 45 minutes, check the SSL status in Settings for error details
