How Customers Submit Ideas

1. Customer discovers the challenge on your space page

2. They register or log in with their email

3. They review the challenge requirements

4. They submit their idea with:

   • A title

   • A detailed description

   • Supporting images (up to 8)

5. The idea goes to pending review

6. Once approved, it appears in the voting phase

7. The community votes on all approved ideas

8. Winners are announced
