Creating Your Account

Step 1: Organization Details

Go to voiceofthenewera.com/signup.html and fill in:

• Organization Name — The name displayed publicly on your governance space (e.g., "Acme Corp").

• Organization URL — A unique slug for your space. This becomes your URL: voiceofthenewera.com/space.html?org=your-slug. Only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens are allowed.

• Industry — Select your industry from the dropdown. This helps visitors discover your space on the Explore page. Available industries include Fashion & Apparel, Beauty & Cosmetics, Sport & Fitness, Gaming & Esports, Technology & Software, Food & Beverage, and many more.

Step 2: Account Details

• Email Address — Used for login and notifications. Must be a valid email.

• First Name & Last Name — Your personal details.

• Password — Minimum 8 characters. The strength indicator shows how secure your password is.

• Confirm Password — Re-enter your password.

• Required Consents:

  • Terms of Service & Privacy Policy (required)

  • Data Processing Agreement for GDPR compliance (required)

• Optional Consents:

  • Newsletter — Platform updates and community news

  • Marketing — New features and special offers

After submitting, you'll receive a verification email. Click the link to confirm your account, then log in.
